Cancellation and rebooking conditions
If you regret your booking, it is possible to cancel or rebook the course at no extra cost if this is done no later than 30 days before the first planned course. See full terms below.
Cancellation
- Cancellation no later than 30 days prior to the course start – full refund of the course fee
- Cancellation 14-29 days prior to the course start – 50% refund of the course fee
- Cancellation later than 14 days prior to the course start – no refund
Rebooking
- Rebooking no later than 30 days prior to the course start – no extra fees
- Rebooking no later than 14-29 days prior to the course start – 25% add on the course fee
- Rebooking later than 14 days prior to the course start – 50% add on the course fee
- Time reschedule on course date is free of charge if possible
- Canceled course on start time counts as cancellation
When rebooking, the customer must be able to book a new course within 6 months from the original course date. Otherwise it is counted as a cancellation, after which no refund is made.
Cancellation or rebooking must be made in writing to info@hlr-experten.se. The date for cancellation or rebooking is calculated from the time we receive the email.
